Moleskin:

It was a nice morning to get up and workout until I heard the rain. It was a little disheartening to hear that especially when I just wanted to have a nice and warm workout. But what can you do. So I headed out to do some rumbling. I got to the premises and saw two cars waiting for me. So it was on. We would take the nice and mostly dry route for the exercises. Thus we were off. Things progressed smoothly with me forgetting to do the 9 count for a couple of warmup exercises that led to them being 18 count. Beyond that things went well. We had some time to chat at the end and got to talking a little about Syria having fallen and what that means. So all in all, it went well.

As you likely already noticed, all of the rep counts are a multiple of 9 which is where the workout’s name comes from. Now you might be asking why. If so, I would say it is because the German word for no and 9 both share roughly the same pronunciation (minus the spitting of course). So that is how things came to be.
