“Bounding” down and backwards back.

Mosie to blocks.

Using block perform:

1 dead lift to 1 curl to 1 shoulder press.

Then 2 of each, then 3 of each, continue until 10 of each exercise.

Mosie to tennis wall:

Start at one side of concrete.

1 burpee, low side shuffle to other side.

1 burpee, low side shuffle back.

Repeat until 10 trips across and back.

Mosie to Pintos pipes:

10 pull-ups.

50 Rocky Balboa’s using mulch barrier.

10 dead hanging feet lifts to bar.

20 side jumps from grass up to mulch. Repeat with 20 reps jumping the opposite side.

20 dips.

20 forward jumps from grass up to mulch and backward jump down.

30 second chin-up hang. (Hold your chin up to the bar)
