Yogi (Florence) Schnitzel logged some ruck miles before workout. I misplaced my notes that I had written down the night before. (Found in driveway when I got home). I remembered most but left a few things out. We talked a lot about Penn and the Citadel. We learned that Frodo almost didn’t get in because his tube socks were pushed down to low when he arrived on day 1. “Note to Penn”pull those socks up. Lots of mumble chatter this morning amongst brothers. Enjoyed it. SYITG.
