Great weather this morning. Men were motivated and mood was good. We completed a full warm up that I have done a few times in the past. Took a mosey to other side of school. Told everyone to partner up. I announced 2 min of Merkins. Most were confused…..2 min in the push up position? Yes! 2 mins. :laughing: the only authorized rest position is sag in the middle or arch you back. (Majority of weight must remain on your arms and shoulders). Max effort for 2 minutes. Goal would be to get 1/2 of your 2 min reps during round 2 then 1/2 again on round 3. You set your baseline on round 1. Same thing for Big Boi rounds. Only rest position is the up position. As I type this my Abs, shoulders and chest are sore. I had some good conversation with my partner Hutch. We know a few of the same guys from the Army. Good work today everyone. SYITG.
