It is about midnight. In a haze on the way back from watching people closeline each other and throw people down onto a table, a question arises: aren’t I leading a workout tomorrow? This leads to a couple more Which AO is it at? Wait, don’t I still need to create a workout plan for it? Then the mind starts kicking in. So the plan is afoot. Thriller had mentioned recently that he had not done a running Q in a while. So that is what we will do. The date of the workout is the 19th, so 19 sounds like a good rep count. Also an exercise that builds on the previous one at each lighpole sounds good too. So that should do the trick.
The next morning comes and my grogginess is kicking in. I head to the AO to find Pinto and Big Worm bailing on me. But hey, these things happen. We begin and Big Hurt is doing a Squat at each alright, so I have to make sure to say it a lot. We get through the warmup and start going back through the neighborhood. Big Hurt must not have been too pleased to have Merkins and Burpees since he did the Murphy beforehand. But he pushes through. We eventually make it to the end, but our arms are not very appreciative. But it will hopefully be good for them.
I can’t say my brain is fully back to normal, but I was able to concentrate long enough to write this, so baby steps. Well, I hope y’all have a blessed day!
