Mosey to bottom of hill behind school

2 x sprint up hill at the top do 5 Burpees and on the first one slowzy back down

Mosey to stop sign near front of school

Walk around the school and at each corner we will do an exercise (we do 1 more exercise at each succesive corner): 35 Squats, 25 Merkins, 15 Flutter Kicks (4 ct.), 5 Burpees

Walk to starting parking lot.

It was the night before the workout and I hadn’t a clue what to Q. So for the sake of getting sleep since it was already 10:10, I decided to pick an old Q and use that. Well, that is what happened. But I was late to get things done and head out of the house, so I arrived late at the AO. Bionic was there and warming up. Thus our adventure began. We had more than enough time to do the workout and chat about work, how each other were doing, and the like. So it was not too strenuous a workout, but we definitely got some Burpees in. Apparently IPC had a lot of those yesterday. So hopefully it won’t be too bad on the arms. Well, that’s pretty much all I have this morning. So as the Critical Drinker says “Go away now.”
