Dips/Merkins

Mosey to Big Hill

7’s on Hill

Merkins at Bottom/Plank Jacks at Top

Mosey back to COT and stop at Curve to do Core Exercise called by Yogi!

Enjoyed the workout and pushing through. We got in about 3.2 miles and some good reps. Great work guys!
