THE THANG: Mosey to bottom of bridge. 4 exercises (SSH, Squats, Pushups, 2 Count Flutter Kicks). 10 reps of each exercise at bottom, run to top of bridge and do 9 reps. Run to bottom and do 8 reps. Keep repeating until we got to 1 rep at the top. Walk to the bottom and do 10 burpees. Mosey back to AO. Stopped halfway and did 5 burpees. Stretched!!
