PRAYER REQUEST:
MOLESKIN:
Wee began with a warm-up and made our way to the back. A few new things in the lean out toe touches and Spiderman Crawls, but I was certain Web had taught me the second one. I was apparently wrong.
Everyone moseyed to the back where we went over the timer, which was a block row. I need to work out the logistics on making that easier/better, but it did the job today. Also glad we did not use Schnitzel climbing rope as it took a beating.
Each person had a station at all times, we did that station until the timer station was done, when we rotated. Wee added the Superman in when Kimchi arrived which was pretty early in the workout. Some call it Mission Impossible apparently, but I’m old school.
Merkins were not just merkins today, they were accompanied by Scripture Reading of Jude 24-25, Psalm 119:11, and Proverbs 27:17. While wee did our Merkins, wee read these verses out loud.
As you may have guessed, the theme of this Q is that God is able to keep us from stumbling, we do not have to live lives beholden to sin. He chooses to use His Word and His People to accomplish that.
Now to the part we’ve been waiting for, an FNG arrived! Please welcome Seth Cook, aka Fruit Ninja. Seth is married to Erika, has four boys, works at Pee Dee Land Trust as the director of conservation, enjoys Jiu Jitsu, and his family owns and operates a blueberry and muscadine grape farm in Darlington, just off High Hill Road if you’re going off Hoffmeyer or Exit 137 from the Interstate. Wee are so glad you came, Seth.
Thank you all for being a great community God has used to encourage me, and continue praying for more men to embrace God’s way of doing life which is not to go at it alone, but to sharpen one another.
Have a great weekend.
