Mosie to north car line.

Lunge to white line.

Stop at each drain and white line and do 5, 10, 15 & 20 squats.

Mosie back to start.

Bear crawl to white line.

Stop at each drain and white line and do 5, 10, 15 & 20 merkins.

Mosie to west car line.

Do 20 step ups each leg.

Do 20 decline merkins.

Mosie to west car line entrance.

On one side of drive do 2 big boy sit-ups.

Move to other side and do 4 4ct flutter kicks.

Move to other side and do 4 big boy sit-ups.

Move to other side and do 8 4ct flutter kicks.

Continue until 10 big boy sit-ups & 20 4ct flutter kicks.

Suicides using drains and white line, run forwards down and backwards back.
