MOLESKIN: really enjoyed leading this morning
Always alot of mumblechatter ( complaints ) whenever I call the motivators, especially from Dipstick but it is a really great and tough exercise. And it’s really Dipsticks favorite exercise even though he will deny it over and over again. I know he really loves it.
Wee man always tells me how impressed he is that I can call it the whole time. Paypay accused me of practicing it in the mirror last night, may or may not be true… the different animal MOT was something I’ve thought of before but havnt tried, but I believe it was alot of fun, yet tough. Especially doing the duck walks, gorilla walks, and horse walks back to back. I think everyone’s calves were burning by then. The motivators to start may or may not helped in that. I tried to put together a tough workout this morning that was still fun and different from the normal and I believe I succeeded. Thank you for allowing me to lead this morning gentlemen.
