It was another lovely morning. It was cool enough that most workouts would be nice for the morning. I arrive to see Squatter and Big Hurt taking. As I stretch, they mention how we need a new Q for the morning. So I figure why not rerun 9 by 9. I had not yet posted my backblast from Monday, so it would be new to all present besides myself. So we were off to the races. Things started off smoothly and we got to hear about the race over the weekend. Big Hurt pulled one of his quads during the race and is recovering. Clarice rolled his ankle. Big Worm and Big Hurt both had a leg that had a lot of incline on them. We also learned that if you have kids who get hurt quite frequently due to their rambunctiousness, then an accident policy or something similar at Aflac is the way to go. We got 81 before we knew it. And as requested on Monday, we did the SSHs in cadence. Well… That was a mistake. My calf muscles were cramping by the end of it. Squatter had mentioned how my SSHs in cadence were slower than normal, so I thought it would be a good workout. Well, I was wrong. My legal burned. I was very happy to be able to gravity stretch right after that.

All in all, it was nice to have Squatter and Big Hurt there this morning as I don’t get to see them too often. It was a nice cool morning, so the exercises felt great. Have a blessed day!
