Great job by everyone this morning! My morning started with a run with Speedwalker as always I enjoyed him cussing at me and calling me lazy for not waking up at 3am. I just agreed. Good run! The Rumble work out started slow but quickly picked up steam. Everyone was in high spirits and I could feel the energy. We got a nice surprise from banana this morning. Enjoyed having you with us.
