Mosey to picnic tables (instead of Pinto’s poles, keeping in the shade)

– 5 pullups

– 5 pullups, 10 burpees

– 5 pullups, 10 burpees, 15 hanging leg raises

– 5 pullups, 10 burpees, 15 hanging leg raises, 20 dips

– 5 pullups, 10 burpees, 15 hanging leg raises, 20 dips, 25 bench squats

Slowsey to the blocks

Blockee, curl, press, repeat

1 blockee, 5 curls, 1 overhead press; 1 blockee, 5 curls, 2 overhead presses;…… and so on until 10 overhead presses

Blockback Merkin

Partner A balances block on partner B’s back while he does 10 hand release merkins, then flapjack until both pax complete 50 hand release blockback merkins

Partner A rifle carries block to woods and back while partner B holds air squat, then flapjack

Bear Block Crawls with a side of Blockees

Partner A bear crawls to the woods while dragging block. Partner B completes 3 blockees, then carries block and catches up to partner A. Flapjack until reaching the woods
