It was a nice but muggy morning. There is one car in the parking lot when I arrive at Rumble. Well, I guess that means I will not get to go to Scrooge, but that means Prime Meridian is a go. Prime Meridian is a bit odd in how it got its name. So essentially how it happened is that 17 is a prime number. So I thought about things with prime in the name and the Prime Meridian came up (0°). So I ran with that name. Now back to the regularly scheduled workout…

So we started out once Bishop pulled in. We got through the first warmup exercise when Yogi pulled up. But we continued and he got there midway through the 3 exercise. Then we were off to the races. The Zero Sum exercises were easy at first and then got worse and worse as we went on. I had to have us modify the duck walk to only half the distance of the parking lot since my knee joints and hamstrings were both not appreciating that one. Now if any of the PAX are wondering, I definitely was not taking breaks at the end of several of the Zero Sum exercises… I was just letting the other PAX catch their breath… When we finally got the Paired Sevens, but Prime, Bishop pointed out how zero is not a prime which is correct. But as they told me in English class, “You follow the rules while in school, but once you write your own books/works then you get to choose which rules to break and which rules to follow.” So, while zero is not a prime number, it will have to do, since I needed a number plus 7 to equal 7. As for the overall talking, we got some in, but most of the time was spent trying to get through the latest exercise. We talked about the new Ninja Warrior course in Florence and about some of the stations on them. We concluded that some of the stations were pretty odd.

Well, remember to see if you can make Sharpie’s cookout this Saturday and have a blessed day!
