MOLESKIN: yesterday’s forecast said 70% chance of rain, so I had planned a block workout under the shelter
When I saw clear skies this morning I put something else together that I think was alot more enjoyable. Plus I didn’t see anyone getting a block put of their cars when they came in so I probably didn’t have much of a choice. Lol. I’m no good at crabwalks and it’s one of my least favorite exercises, but the only way to get better at something is to do it more so I’m gonna try to work them more in my Q’s. Yogi always impresses me at how well he can do those. I posted in Hilton head last year and that’s the first time I experienced the seal merkins. They felt terrible so I had to bring them back to f3 florence. I feel like alot of pax are not too terribly excited when I post DR because I nor.ally bring some stupid exercise back with me that everyone hates.
It starts with a standard merkin, but when you come down you perform essentially a 4 count ssh laying on your belly. All around body beatdown, especially on your shoulders. Really glad Yogi was able to keep count because I kept forgetting what count we were on. Thank you for allowing me to lead gentlemen.
