This morning was a good bit of fun. I forgot to plan anything until late last night and then realized that I should try to plan something. So I went ahead and picked multiples of 12. Now you may be asking, how come there is a 6 rep exercise if they are multiples of 12? My response would be 1/2. That is the multiplier. Why use that instead of just doing 12 single counts? Well, I prefer to live as much as the next guy. But back to why the Q is the way it is. The Thang was a little inspired by the murph, but toned down. Beyond that there was just the last minute addition of moving the tires from Big Worm’s truck to where they belong.
During the Q, we got to learn a little about killdeer and to stay away from their eggs, even if omelettes sound really good… We also got to learn more about the knee injury that Big Worm’s M has (Lord willing she will have a speedy recovery).
