3, 3, 3. At fire pit, 3 gas pumpers, 3 squats, 3 times.
4, 4, 4, 4. 4 – 2 count American Hammers, 2- count side to side toe touches, 4 – big boys. Repeat 4 times.
5,5,5. At Rumble Top (hill at Ridgeland Drive) 5 round trip circuits with 5 merkins each end of hill.
6,6,6. 6 hands to heaven, 6- jump squats, 6- SSH.
7 minute round robin. PAX rotate the called exercise for one minute each.
