Mosey from Rumble to Briggs elementary stopping at corners and performing 15 burpees

When we got to Briggs we did the monkey bars and 5 pull ups before we continued back with the run burpee run routine

In total we got over 2.5 miles and 135 burpees I believe

On Saturday I had planned to post in Winston-Salem for their Sunday ruck but I ended up getting sick so I missed it.

In their region if you HC to a workout and miss it there’s a burpee penalty. Their slack Chanel has a bot that “rolls the dice” for you and gives you the rep count. I rolled 75. I knew I had the Q this week so I figured why not just have a good sucky Q where we knock out as many burpees as possible

I was telling Yogi about it and he seemed intrigued so I believe the burpee penalty slackbot is coming to our slack soon.

I believe everyone had a tough time this morning (except maybe Yogi and worm) and we all got better. Appreciate you allowing me to lead today. SYITG
