Mosey to Rumble Hill

Hillevens (11s)

Run to bottom of hill, perform 1 burpee. Back to top of hill for 10 Big Boy Sit-ups. Rinse and repeat, increasing number of burpees and decreasing number of BBS, always adding up to 11, until you’re up to 10 burpees and 1 BBS.

Sandbag Mosey

Taking turns with the sandbag, other PAX will perform stated moving exercises along the path of lights on our way back to launchpad. (Bear crawl, Carioca, Walking Lunges, Crab walk, Lt. Dans, Burpee Broad jump)

Okay, I admit, I was not totally prepared for 14 PAX, but sometimes you have to improvise in life…not a bad problem to have either! Halfway through the Hillevens, I was beginning to question my decisions, but I’m always up for some hill training, so I went with it. Everyone put in the work with minimal to no complaining. Thanks for letting me lead you today brothers. It’s been nice to feel more like my old self, which just means progressively harder beatdowns are in your future! SYITG!
