Bricklaying Pyramid 1 to 10 with Multipliers

Between each pyramid “block” run to wooden benches across from weird statue and do 5 incline merkins.

Repeat until you get to 10.

Block 1

– 1 Burpee

– 2 Squats

– 3 LBC’s

– Run & 5 curb merkins

Block 2

– 2 Burpees

– 4 Squats

– 6 LBC’s

– Run & 5 curb merkins

Etc, all the way to 10 blocks.

What goes up, must come down.

Destruct Pyramid back down to 1
