Partner A gets on all fours and Partner B leans over and rests his chest on Partner A’s back. Then Partner B spins around Partner A in a circle while maintaining contact chest to back. Switch partners and rinse repeat 5 spins both directions. It’s a wrestling drill I saw at WF. :face_with_spiral_eyes:
Then Partner A lies on their back and Partner B grabs their ankles and drags them for 5 steps. Flapjack. Rinse repeat.
Then get in two lines on the grass and do 5 forward shoulder rolls on right shoulder. Then do 5 shoulder rolls with the left shoulder.
Back to launchpad.

The grass wasn’t wet with dew so figured we can do some fun partner exercises and rolls. If most adults don’t run past 40 years old, even less do shoulder rolls in the grass at 6am, intentionally. CDC told the pax that Booger advised exercising the vestibular system by throwing it off balance and practice reorienting yourself stable. Not the exact words but I believe that was the principle point. Sure did get dizzy doing the spins and rolls but I think all the pax enjoyed it, even though they said they had to shower after the Q this time.
