THE THANG: Mosey to the water fountain. 3 rounds of: 10 dips, 10 incline merkins, 20- big boys, 20 American Hammers, 1 minute plank, 30 seconds of plank jacks.
Mosey to right side parking lot. 7 laps around the lot with stops for 10 hand release merkins turn 3-4, 10 big boys front stretch, 20- 2 count side to side heel touches turns 1-2, 10 plank jacks back stretch.
Mosey to 2 minute wall sit.
Cool down mosey to stop sign for acceleration back to launch with stops for 2 sets of 5 burpees.
