Moleskin:

Yesterday was a nice calm Sunday. I remembered that I had the Q in the gloom and decided that something needed to be done. So instead of watching a TV show and relaxing, I watched a TV show, relaxed, and planned the workout all at the same time. I remembered that Thriller said that he enjoyed workouts that incorporated a little bit of everything and I knew what had to be done. It also helped that I had done a body weight and dumbell workout with Juice Box (my brother) while in Charleston. Thus this workout was born.

I am not going to lie. When I got to Scrooge this morning, I was wondering how I would make it through the workout myself. Last night I had played basketball and skinned my knee a little when I got triple teamed. But it seems my worries were unfounded as the hardest part was all of the arm circles back to back (I am only slightly kidding here). We started off strong with the warmup which I am sure burned the arms and shoulders of several PAX besides myself. My Cross Country coach in high school told me that lactic acid is my friend. I think he was lying because most of my friends have not beaten me up before, unlike the burn from lactic acid. This is the burn that kicked in halfway through the warmup. Once we got past the warmup, it seemed like you could hear the crickets. We were doing the reps, but it seems it was every man for themselves trying to make it through as there was almost no talking, though Ville to Ville was mentioned a couple of times. By the end of it all, we were ready to head out. Thus we cocluded without any Gravity Stretch, definitely not because I mistimed things…

Anywho, thanks for coming on out and joining in the fun this morning. We went about 1167 washing machines this morning, https://starecat.com/sinkhole-roughly-the-size-of-six-to-seven-washing-machines-americans-will-measure-with-anything-but-the-metric-system/ Anyways, I will be out of town after Wednesday morning, so you guys will get a nice little reprieve. Remember to seek the Lord first!
