5. Lap, 6 inches, murder bunny (other end and back)

6. Lap, pick up 6, 20 block presses

7. Lap, pick up 6, crab walk (other end) and bunny hop back

This mornimg we had Pinto, Big Hurt, Big Worm, and myself do a murph prior to the workout. I gave a warning that it was not advised and we proceeded. I am guessing they wished they had not muphed because I did by the end of the workout.

http://workout.As per usual, I made sure to say alrighty throughout the workout. It felt like we were due a play on one of the opening scenes from the Dictator this morning where he was running the 100 meter dash and used the starting pistol to make sure he finished first. This was kind of reenacted in that on one of the fist laps I said alrighty a couple of times and several PAX ahead of and behind me got off to the side in order to do a squat befoe running again. It was good fun. I cannot say for sure that the other PAX enjoyed the workout, but I heard that they want to put me on the no Q on Saturday list, so that means I must have done something right, right?

Well that being said, I am pretty sure everyone got a good workout in. We hardly ever had to pick up the 6 which was mostly myself. Thank for all of the good fun this morning. Have a blessed day!
