Mosey to exercise stations
1 minute at each station, then rotate (about 16 stations including: dips, pull ups, monkey bars, pull ups, leg raises, pull-ups, sit-ups, pull ups, etc.
50 pull-ups OYO. APRIL FOOLS!
The Q got bored (ie tired) of those exercises so we moseyed to the big tires.
We partnered up and flipped tires for almost 10 minutes, stopping half way to do plank walks around our tires.
