Thanks to all the pax that came out and pushed me this morning!

Warm up…exercised on Hoppa’s Yard track each with a block…shoulder presses, traveling merkins, goblet squats, and Mary…ran a lap between each set.

The Thang: we partnered up and partner A exercised at one end of the track while B ran to the other, did something stupid, ran back, and flap-jacked. The block exercises were: 100 lower 90 curls, 100 upper 90 curls, 100 full curls, 150 block swings, 200 thrusters (cut these short for time), and more Mary with the block.
