THE THANG:
Mosey to Rumble Hill for Heartbreak 1-2-3. We rotated the runner, always having 2 doing reps. We modified to total team number of 150 merkins, 250 LBCs, 350 squats.
Mosey to back parking lot for modified Burpee 11s. Static 5 box jumps or 10 step-ups at starting point. 1 burpee at target point. Rinse and repeat increasing number of burpees till 10.
Mosey to walkway for Land to Sea. Bear crawl to halfway point, then switch to crab walk.
Mosey to platforms for a quick series to include:
-10 incline merkins
-10 dips
-10 step-ups
X 3 Rounds
Mosey back around school to pick up Sharpies discarded outer garments then back to launchpad.

Look at CDC! YHC already has 2 Qs under his belt for 2024 (with a B-day Q coming up later this month)! Writing this BB a day later can allow me to say how sore my own Q made me. That means it 1)was a good workout, 2)I really need to get in better shape, or 3)All of the above. I’m hoping for 3, because hopefully everyone got something from it and we can all get better, right?! Thanks for letting me lead you today brothers!
