The Thang

Mosey to the picnic tables

Stacks (each exercise with all of the previous ones making sure to increment the Burpee count by 1 each time starting with 1 Burpee)

  1. 5x Merkins
  2. 10x Dips
  3. 15x Step Ups (2 ct.)
  4. 20x Squats
  5. 25x Flutter Kicks (4 ct.)
  6. 30x Shoulder Taps (2 ct.)
  7. 35x Plank Jacks
  8. 40x LBCs

Mosey to the parking lot

Stripes (At every other line do 10 reps of an exercise and do another exercise between lines)

  • Merkins, Walk

Walk around the rest of the parking lot



  • Belding: continued prayer for his M and in-laws


  • F3 Christmas party for the Ms tomorrow evening


This morning was a bit cold. Big Worm dropped off the Warpath flag before heading into work and it seemed like no one would be coming to work in the morning. But Belding came and we were able to workout together. It was nice being able to catch up with Belding ad hear more about how he and his family are doing. I got to hear a little more about what he has been doing at work as well. All in all, it was a great deal of fun. Thanks for the wonderful conversation Belding!
