Moleskin:
On a cold morning, what better way is there to warm up than with some running! Today was a good day to do this. There was not a lot of running, but hopefully it was adequate to keep everyone warm. I heard Big Worm say this is stupid or what I understood to be that several times. I was quite happy to hear that as stupid workouts are my specialty. It was a lot of fun being able to do sets of 22 and then continue on to the next workout.
Most creative entrance would have to go to Pinto as he showed up while we were going around Hopper’s yard.
Most surprising effort goes to Thriller since he has anemia and still came out and kicked our butts in the workout.
Thanks again for letting me lead the workout! I can’t wait for the one on President’s Day!
