Moleskin:
It was a dark morning. The rain was coming down lightly. But the only light was artificial. The car came into the parking lot to see 2 already present. It was time for the workout. Getting out of the car, we went to a dry spot under the awning. (You know, that word is hard to spell. Based on the sound alone, I thought it was spelled onning, but nope. It is spelled awning. English…) There we began the workout. But before we could, I had to run back to my car to get my phone which had the exercises in it. But that would have to do.
After that we delved into the warmup. It was not bad and we got to stay out from under the rain. Then we got to go behind the school where I audibled a little to make things interesting with the warmup exercises like Frankenstiens, Butt Kicks, High Knees, Karaoke. We also broke off and did some exercises at the “podiums” while we were back there. And then we went back to the front of the school for some ab related exercises. It was a good mix.
All throughout the workout, we got to hear some about FCA and the leadership growth and student growth that is happening. It was a good encouragement to hear how the Lord is opening doors as well as helping people grow towards Him.
Well, I am a bit scatterbrained as usual. So I am going to end things here. Have a blessed day and thank you for letting me lead! Run to God when the temptations come.
