  3. Bear Crawl around Hoppa’s Yard
  4. Lunge across the parking lot and Bunny Hop back
  5. 4 Corners with 15x Carolina Dry Docks at each corner
  6. 90 second high plank
  7. 100x 2ct. Flutter Kick
  8. 50x Merkin
  9. 32x 2ct. Shoulder Taps
  10. 150x LBC
  11. Jailbreak Hoppa’s Yard
  12. 5x pull ups, 10x Merkins, 15x Squats
  13. 15x BDE (Burpee, Bonny Bliar, Squat Jump)
  14. 60 second balls to the wall at Tennis Wall
  15. 10 second countdown, 10x Chin Ups, 30x Step Up (each leg) or 15x Box Jumps

Good morning. Today will be a short one as I am a bit discombobulated and pulled a workout from 2021. But essentially it was late last night and I knew I needed to plan a workout, but was silently hoping that the thunderstorms would make my job as Q obsolete. So I pulled a workout called 16 Wishes. I think it was based on an NJ Q where he rolled a dice and the number rolled dictated the exercise. But in this case the number selected would decide the exercise. I tweaked it to be less unreasonable and thankfully so as several of the previously ridiculous ones were selected and one was selected as a part of 16. Two laps from Scrooge to Sneed would have been pretty brutal.

As for the workout, it went well. We all got there just fine and were able to start and get into things. A few “Alrighty”s were used and we were off to the races. Things went pretty smoothly with the only really outrageous thing being picked was 1 and 2 after 16 was picked. But there was not much that could be done about it. So off to the races we went. We broke it up into two sets since it would have been a lot more brutal to do 32 Burpees in a row.

All in all, things went pretty well for my first Q back after the injury. Hopefully it helped everyone get a little bit stronger.
