Moleskin:
This mornimg was a cold morning. I arrived and was hoping no one would show so I could get out of the windchill. But it was not to be. So I moved us in front of the bathroom and the exercises began. The warmup was not bad. But when we were running around the Softball Field we hit a muddy patch. So we needed a modification for where to run the next time. We were able to then go aroun and do some more exercises.
As usual, there was a group doing a squat each time I said “Alrighty.” So naturally a lot of alrighties were said.
Overall, I think things went well for audibling after the second set of 10 reps and a lap.
