THE THANG:

Bring Blocks (We had 6 PAX, 4 blocks, one 10 pounds Rucksack) to back parking lot circle.

Circuit (Round 1):

1: Curls

2: Overhead Presses

3: Rows

4: Chess Presses

5: Tricep Extensions

6: Run all the way to main road and run back (this is the timer)

Circuit (Round 2):

1: (2 PAX) Curls

2: (2 PAX) Overhead Presses

3: (2 PAX) Run to main road and run back (timer)

Circuit (Round 3):

1: (3 PAX) Curls

2: (3 PAX) Run to main road and run back (timer)

Walk with block overhead to front parking lot. Rotate the blocks so only 1 PAX has no blocks at any given time.
