  • Squats, Incline Merkins, Decline Plank, Step Ups, Box Jumps, Pistol Squats, Dips

Mosey to the Basketball court

Round 1 – 5 Pull Ups/5 Burpees

Round 2 – 10 Pull Ups/10 Burpees
