Another Manic Monday

Weather: 44 degrees and soggy
Pax: Booger, CDC, Paycheck, Spirit Fingers, Yo – Gi (QIC)
Half a lap around the school stopping at each light pole and perform 10 IW and 10 Squats OYO.

Warm up

Thang:

****Mosey to rear shelter area for some partner WODs. Work consisted of starting at the opposite ends of the shelter from your partner. Partners perform called exercises at each end of the shelter. When done PAXs sprint to the middle of the shelter area and perform called partner exercise. Once that is completed partner A sprints to partner B’s starting point and vice versa. They will then  perform the same exercise that was just completed by said partner.
Rd1 (3Rds)
Flutters (4 count) x 10
LBCs x 15
-meeting point exercise: 5 partner high 5 merkins
**At this point CDC decides to join the festivities with a fashionably late entrance.
Rd2
Merkins x10
HR Merkins x 10
-meeting point exercise: 5 Burpees
****Mosey to the top of the playground for some 7’s.
Pull-ups & Squats
****Mosey to the top of the hill.
Rd1
10 Donkey kicks at the wall near the top of the hill then mosey to the bottom of the hill and perform Freddie Mercurys (x15).
Rd2
10 Donkey kicks at the wall near the top of the hill then mosey to the bottom of the hill and perform  merkins (x10).
Rd3
10 Donkey kicks at the top of the hill then mosey to the bottom of the hill make a u turn and mosey back to the wall at the top of the hill and perform  muscle ups (x5).

 

****Mosey to rear shelter area again for a quick triple nickle. 
Everyone grabs their own personal brick platform to perform the called exercises.
Rd1
5 box jumps then sprint to the end of the sheltered walk way, perform 1 burpee and sprint back to the brick platforms.
Rd2
5 box jumps and 10 derkins then sprint to the end of the sheltered walk way, perform 1 burpee and sprint back to the brick platforms.

Rd3
5 box jumps/10 derkins/15 dips then sprint to the end of the sheltered walk way, perform 5 burpees and mosey back to launchpad.
