The Thang:

Mosey a few hundred feet away for some 4 corners around the block (using Woodstone Dr & Cheraw Dr as the four corners).

Rd1
5 Burpees at each corner (air chair for the 6)

Rd2
5 Burpees
10 HR Merkins
(Mary for the 6)

Mosey to the playground for a small ladder. Each of the PAX were to increment each trip with +2 of the 1st exercise and +1 of the pull-ups until they reached 5 pull-ups total.

Rd1
2 Jump Squats sprint to the monkey bars 1 Pull up.
4 Jump Squats sprint to the monkey bars 2 Pull ups.
Rinse and repeat until you reached 5 Pull ups.

Rd2
2 LBCs sprint to the monkey bars 1 Pull up.
4 LBCs sprint to the monkey bars 2 Pull ups.
Rinse and repeat until you reached 5 Pull ups.

Mosey to the wall at the top of the hill.

Rd1
5 Muscle ups on the wall then jog to the bottom of the hill for 5 squats.

Rd2
5 Muscle ups on the wall then jog to the bottom of the hill for 10 Merkins.

Rd3
5 Muscle ups on the wall then jog to the bottom of the hill for 15 SSHs.

Mosey back to (Woodstone Dr & Cheraw Dr for more four corners (because Ginger wanted another round so bad).

15 SSH at each corner
