MOLESKIN: great morning this morning getting a ruck in and learning about leadership. We tend to be afraid of failure and look forward to being comfortable, but we should be striving for the Opposite. Failure gives us a great opportunity to grow and learn, comfortable gives us opportunity to become more and more less of a leader and a man. Very thankful for you men who helped me work out the fact there’s times and places where to lead and the best way to lead. At work and home it’s not my job to lead someone up to replace me, but on other areas i should be looking to find and raise up my replacement.
