Mosey to tennis courts

Do an exercise for 1 minute then jog around tennis courts. After 4 laps, do 4 exercises for a minute a piece before jogging 2 laps around the tennis courts.

This morning was pretty nice. It was not too cold nor was it too warm. We got to get straight into the exercises since it wad a minute of an exercise at your own pace. We gradually got through the workout and got to end with the wonderful Gravity Stretch. Hopefully everyone enjoyed the workout and had a great day!
