This morning was pretty nice. It was not too cold nor was it too warm. We got to get straight into the exercises since it wad a minute of an exercise at your own pace. We gradually got through the workout and got to end with the wonderful Gravity Stretch. Hopefully everyone enjoyed the workout and had a great day!
