Moleskin:
This morning was nice but a little chilly. I got there a little late, but that meant the other PAX were ready to go. So we went straight into the warmup. It went well with the Burpees being a nuisance. Then unfortunately, Paycheck picked 13 right off the bat and then 11 and 12. This meant a lot of pain was in store as we did 30 BDEs. We eventually made it through all of th exercises while catching up on how things have gone for everyone. It was a nice morning workout that hopefully helped everyone get better this morning. Remember to spwnd time talking with God today. He loves to hear from us and have us spend time with Him. God bless!
