Mosey w/ your block to the pick up lane

Bears and Blocks Routine

Bear crawl with your block between your knees or feet.  Reach between your legs and pull the block forward past your head.  Rinse and repeat until reaching next light pole.  Perform 10 Merkins on your block.  Rinse and repeat until Q says stop…3 light poles completed.    

Grab your block and mosey to the back of the school

Wheelbarrow Workout

Pair up.  Place your blocks on opposite sides.  Wheelbarrow to target point across parking lot.  The walker performs 5 burpees.  The wheel does 10 block curls.  Flap jack and wheelbarrow back to start point.  The walker performs 5 burpees.  The wheel does 10 block curls.  Round 2 had us switching up positions in the middle, as we realized during Round 1 that it was a pretty, freaking long way to wheelbarrow!  Burpees and Block Curls as previously stated.

Great job today brothers! Since YHC has been picking up some extra running miles lately, I decided to focus a little less on the mileage.  I think we still got some cardio in, though!  There was plenty of mumblechatter about the block I had.  Don’t worry…it was 100% Styrofoam…no cheap Styrofoam for me.  Thanks for letting me lead you today…SYITG!
