Mosey to Hoppa’s Yard

5 x 5s

Perform 1 Blockee.  Murder bunnies to target point across the width of Hoppa’s Yard.  Perform 1 4CT Flutterkick.  Overhead Carry block back to start point.  Increase number of reps by 1 with each round up to 5 Blockees and 5 4CT Flutterkicks. 

Schnick, Schnack, Schnuck

Divide into 2 teams.  Each team lines up single file on opposite sides of Hoppa’s Yard. 1st PAX of each team runs to their 1st cone heading to middle of Hoppa’s yard, performs reps.  When meeting face-to-face, a quick game of Rock/Paper/Scissors decides who advances to continue to the other side.  The loser runs around track to back of their team’s line.  Victory occurs when 1 team reaches other side. 

Round 1:  3 Jump Squats

Round 2:  3 Merkins

Round About Hoppa’s Yard

Run around Hoppa’s yard until reaching the 1st cone.  Perform 20 BBS.  Bear crawl to the 2nd cone.  Perform 20 Merkins.  Crab walk to 3rd cone.  Perform 20 BBS.  Rinse and repeat for 2 rounds.

Thanks for letting us lead you today brothers!  It was the perfect gloomy weather with some slight rain by the end.  I know that I was happy to work off some of those tofurkey lbs!  A great time and a great workout was had by all.  Who doesn’t love a merlot splash in the morning?  YHC collects them like trading cards.  Bwahahaha!  What I love seeing even more is someone splashing merlot, gathering themselves back up, and finishing strong!  It’s more mental than physical a lot of the time.  Thanks to Spirit Fingers for an exciting new workout competition and bringing S3 to F3.  Looking forward to seeing you all in the gloom again soon!
