Indian Overhead Hold March. Last man performs 5 Blockees, then runs to the front. Rinse and repeat.

Bears and Blocks
Get in bear crawl position with your cinder block on the grass between your knees or feet. Reach between your legs and pull the block across the grass past your head. Now, bear crawl forward until the block is between your feet again. Rinse and repeat until reaching target point (aka across the outfield).

Great time in the not-so-gloom this morning brothers! I loved seeing such a great turnout. It was a great block part…minus the food, drinks, and fun. As usual, I over-planned a bit. That’s okay…I’m sure there will be another Q around the corner for me to use it.
Since this Backblast is extremely late, I can comment that later on that day, multiple F3 Florence Ruck Club members supported Zumba with his attempt to ruck for 16 hours, ~50 miles to raise money for Alzheimer’s research. Fortunately, Thunderbird and I showed up to med drop him when we literally saw him deglove one of his little toes (from removing tape that he applied to his blisters). Great job brothers!
