Bataan Block Death March

Indian Overhead Hold March. Last man performs 5 Blockees, then runs to the front. Rinse and repeat.
*At some point, after a slight miscalculation, we snaked around to continue the order back to Scrooge to the Baseball Field.
*I believe around this time, I believe that Paycheck suddenly materialized.
Bears and Blocks
Get in bear crawl position with your cinder block on the grass between your knees or feet. Reach between your legs and pull the block across the grass past your head. Now, bear crawl forward until the block is between your feet again. Rinse and repeat until reaching target point (aka across the outfield).
Burp and Merk OYO to 10
(1 Traditional Burpee, 1 Burpee with 2 Merkins, Rinse and Repeat increasing number of Merkins until reaching 10)
Pair up (but keep your distance!). Exercises as a group include: 100 Blockees, 200 Block Swings, 300 Squat to Overhead Presses. PAX A performs exercises as PAX B runs to Target Point and back (without block).

Great time in the not-so-gloom this morning brothers! I loved seeing such a great turnout. It was a great block part…minus the food, drinks, and fun. As usual, I over-planned a bit. That’s okay…I’m sure there will be another Q around the corner for me to use it.
Since this Backblast is extremely late, I can comment that later on that day, multiple F3 Florence Ruck Club members supported Zumba with his attempt to ruck for 16 hours, ~50 miles to raise money for Alzheimer’s research. Fortunately, Thunderbird and I showed up to med drop him when we literally saw him deglove one of his little toes (from removing tape that he applied to his blisters). Great job brothers!
