THE THANG:

Mosey to the tennis wall for wall sits, burpees, balls to the wall, and merkins

Round 1

Partner up and complete 50 burpees as a team while one partner will mosey to the tires and perform two flips then flapjack.

Round 2

Partners will perform 100 merkins as a team while the other partner runs to the end of the tennis courts and back.

Round 3

100 pull ups as a team while the other partner runs a half lap around the baseball field.

20/30/40 – dips, step-ups & incline merkins

Round2

40/30/20 – incline merkins, step-ups, & dips

Indian run around DA Hoppa’s yard with a few pain stations
