Moleskin:
This morning was a little muggy. We got there and there was no sign of rain at all. Even so, we still needed to proceed with the workout. So we bagan with 30 SSH which several PAX seemed to want to stop prior. But we made it through. Kimchi made sure to note that I sounded like I was struggling when doing the cadence for the Merkins. There was also the usual group that wanted to do squats each time I said “Alrighty.” Let’s just say thy got their squats in today.
In the regular workout, we got to have some fun with a few PAX opting to do the exercises on the soft surface by the playground. We also had Duracell come in after the start and join us.
