Moleskin:

This morning was a dark and a little chilly morning. We started off with a warmup that went well with a few odities. Even so, the trend of “alrighty” equating to a squat came back, so I made sure to say it a lot. At th end of the warmup Trek showed up. We did about 2 rouns of 4 corners and he said he did not feel good and left. Hopefully he is doing well. Beyond that, things went well and we got confirmation from Big Hurt tat gravity stretch is a real exercise. Speedwalker was there for a pre run (presumably with Shnitzel).
