> Mosey to the tennis wall and partner up! – 5 Rounds

> Partner A: wall sit/ Balls to the wall

> Partner B: Mosey to the pull up bars, 5 Pull-ups, mosey back and flap jack

Mosey to the cinderblocks – keep the same partners

> Partner A: Perform the cinderblock exercise

> Partner B: Bear crawl to the tire and perform the tire exercise and then crabwalk/lunge/mosey back and flapjack

> Round 1: Overhead press/single tire flip

> Round 2: Goblet Squat/jump in and out of the tire ending with a single burpee

> Round 3: Chest press/tire flip

> Round 4: Curls/jump in and out of the tire ending with a single burpee

> Round 5: Bent over rows/double tire flip

Ab exercise/lunge to the pull-up bars/reverse lunge to the tire flip/bear crawl back to start
