I looked last night and saw the Q was open. So I decided to throw something together for it. I pulled the exrcesis from a previous workout that I Qed on September 17th of last year. I made sure to modify some of the exercises to make sure it was a little easier.

Ironically, the fis random workout from 2022 I selected was the 20 Burpee Countdown. However, I was not feeling tht so I repicked.

This morning was nice and we had a down range PAX called Kitten. He is a pastor for a church up near Clemson. He is in town for a methodist (?) convention at the Florence Center. He ran to and from the workout. Today is his last day in town.

We also had some “fun” with the 2 corners exercises. We talked about butt kicks not being kicking someone else. I also had to keep an eye on Big Worm who kept on starting the 70 second exercises early (at least he started doing Squats early and every once and a whil before an exercise). These things kept things lively along with learning more about Kitten.
