This morning was a bit nippy, but sevral PAX came out this mornimg to weather the gloom. Things went pretty well overall. They all took it like champs and went with all the running to help warm us up. Sawdust was in the lead as we ran around Hoppa’s Yard most laps. Myself and Belding generally weren’t too far behind either.
Overall it was a nice morning for a workout and it was great to see Chum Lord back out there especially with his statement about having a little one on the way.
If you were wondering, the workout done this morning is almost an exact copy of “5 x 5” which I lead a year or 2 ago.
Thanks again for allowing me to lead! May we all remember just how much God has blessed us and done for us!
