Moleskin:

This morning was cool and a little different. I am currently dealing with a groin injury, so I can’t really run well. With that, we went away from running like I would normally do and decided to go the route of Doras. Thus we went ahead and did arms, shoulders, and abs. We had Big Worm and Thriller together and Belding, Squatter and I together in another group. Belding seemed to want to blow everything out of the water and get everything done quickly. Big Worm also got enough reps to seem that way when he got 90 single-count shoulder taps done in 30 seconds. Thriller also knocked out a lot of reps on his turns.

It seems that doing so many of the Merkins wore out our arms and shoulders, but hopefully it will do instead of running so much.
